Is Roman Reigns Afraid of Brock Lesnar? Roman Reveals a Shocking Statement about his Match at Summerslam!

Roman Reigns, the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, recently discussed breaking a promotional record. Since making his comeback at SummerSlam 2020, The Tribal Chief has enjoyed an outstanding run in the organization.

He attained the coveted title of Universal Champion swiftly, and he has kept it for about 700 days.

Before The Bloodline Leader defeated him for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38, Brock Lesnar was at the peak of his abilities.

Roman Reigns sets new record

On the Today Show recently, Reigns suggested setting a new record if he managed to defeat The Beast Incarnate three times in a row.

“I feel great, you know, I’m on a course now to do something no one has ever done, dominate Brock Lesnar. You know, and we are really entering that kinda time frame in my career, where I’m really pushing myself to a different level and trying to achieve things that have never been done before and anytime you can beat Brock Lesnar, you know, three times in a row, that’s pretty good. That’s a feather in the cap,” Roman Reigns said.

It will be intriguing to watch if Reigns reaches the remarkable feat of defeating Lesnar three times in a row at SummerSlam.

Reigns references Vince McMahon on WWE RAW

On this week’s Monday Night RAW, The Bloodline made an appearance and was cut off by Mr. Money in the Bank Theory. The 24-year-old then released a promo in which he made use of his contract to try to terrify the champion.

Reigns was upset by Theory’s behavior and made a reference to Vince McMahon. The former WWE Chairman and the former United States Champion have frequently shared the stage together in the past.

After Roman Reigns referenced McMahon, the crowd started screaming “Daddy’s Gone” and “Who’s your Daddy.” When the audience and the stable made fun of his connection to McMahon, Theory was furious. Theory struck Jey Uso with his briefcase as they were leaving the arena as the Undisputed Tag Team Champions.

Later in the evening, when Theory and Sheamus had fallen to Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley, The Bloodline made a comeback and assaulted Theory as he was leaving. It will be intriguing to watch whether Vince McMahon’s protégé can eventually cash in on The Tribal Chief.
